We had a great time - friendly, welcoming staff; a clean, quiet and comfortable room; tasty and filling breakfast (here we had our first pistachio-cream croissants and excellent double espressos). Fantastic location - it's only a 2-minutes walk, straight down the path from the Venetian train station and the main water-bus stops in front of it. The street the hotel is on is charming and offers everything you might need (there are not only various affordable souvenir shops, but also a supermarket, a mini-square, restaurants and even places with tasty and cheap ready-to-eat food). The 24-hour reception allowed us to leave our suitcases free of extra charges, then check in late in the evening, which meant we could spend the whole day out, exploring Venice. Great value for money!

Everything! The location was perfect for us. My grandma has mobility issues so were close to one or two accessible bridges and the other ones were not that difficult to cross. Also we were close to the station. The hotel was clean, the bed were super confortable, the breakfast was filling. The staff was incredibly nice. From the breakfast ladies to Cristina who works in the front desk and helped me a lot throughout my stay. Also I want to give a shout out to the brunette woman who works during the weekends afternoons but I couldn’t catch her name.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They checked us in early and made special accommodations for our early departure time by having breakfast waiting for us in a to-go-bag at the desk. The hotel has staff available 24-hours at the front desk to help assist visitors as needed. Highly recommend staying here!

We were handed fans and there was always someone in the reception. The highlight was definitely the breakfast: so many options (coffee, juice, croissant, bread, yogurt, nutella, butter, jam, cookies) and the staff was amazing!

And above everything else, location was excellent for us as it was 5 mins from the station. I know for some people, central location works best but as we were to arrive late at night, so it was super convenient .
